  15. I live in a far away place in the mountains in Costa Rica, I have not
  16. been able to access the www,because the line has ti much "noise". This
  17. is what I have been told. My computer and Modem Hayes Optima 28.8 work
  18. very nice when I go to the city.

  20. Is there any hardware I could get that can enable me to effectively
  21. comunicate were noise levels are high?
